Bridging the Gap for Country Cricketers
For many regional players competing in Melbourne’s Premier Cricket, long travel distances make regular club training difficult—or even impossible. Additionally, some female cricketers don’t receive the high-performance coaching they need when training with junior teams or male counterparts.
Our Academy provides a specialised, high-performance environment where talented female players can train, develop, and challenge themselves alongside others at a similar level.

- If needed, Paul will coordinate with your Premier club or coach in Melbourne to tailor your training focus.
- For younger players or those looking to take the next step, Paul can assist in connecting you with a Premier club when the time is right.
